The Parish School of Religion (PSR) program is for students in grades 1-8 who are not currently attending Catholic schools. PSR helps our young people build a foundation of faith by integrating catechetical and curriculum-based learning with experiential opportunities to increase their knowledge of the Church and its teachings as they grow in their relationship with Christ. Students follow Diocesan-approved curriculum, which includes 2-years of sacramental preparation for students in 1st and 2nd grade (First Communion and First Reconciliation) and 7th and 8th grade (Confirmation). The sacrament of Confirmation is held in the 8th grade. All 8th grade students who are currently enrolled in PSR, St. Mary’s School, Notre Dame Elementary or are homeschooled must register for our Confirmation preparation program which begins in the 7th grade.
Students in Grades 1 -5 meet on Monday nights from 6:15-7:30 p.m.
Middle School students, Grades 6-8 meet on Sunday nights from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
