I would like to once again offer my sincere congratulations to all of our students who received the Sacrament of Confirmation last Monday evening. It was a privilege for me to serve as the minister of the sacrament. While no Bishop or Abbot was available for the date of April 26, 2021, Bishop Malesic gave all the Priests of the Diocese the faculty to administer the Sacrament of Confirmation last year after he was installed as Bishop of Cleveland.

Each week as we continue on our Easter journey the scripture readings reveal more of the struggles the disciples had, trying to make sense of Christ’s Passion, death and Resurrection.
In honor of the Year of St, Joseph, the WOW Prayer Group would like to encourage fellow parishioners to join us in a novena leading up to the May 1st Feast of St. Joseph the Worker. The novena is prayed for nine days, Thursday, April 22 - Friday, April 30. Then, on May 1st, be sure to enjoy the Feast Day and pray this prayer again in celebration!
This Series is focused on bringing the Young Mother’s of the Catholic Community together in an effort to engage a deeper relationship with Jesus and the Church. This series will be aimed at accomplishing this through a 6-month journey to six local Shrines in the area.
During this coming week, the third week of Easter, each day we will continue to read from the Acts of the Apostles. We will read stories of courage, of denial, of conversion and complete transformation.
The SVDP donation truck will be at St. Mary this Saturday afternoon until early Monday April 19. We’re collecting household items, dishes, clothing, toys, sporting equipment, books, small furniture and appliances...
This Sunday is Divine Mercy Sunday. In a series of revelations to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, our Lord called for a special feast day to be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter. Today, we know that feast as Divine Mercy Sunday, named by Pope St. John Paul II at the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000. The Lord expressed His will with regard to this feast in His very first revelation to St. Faustina.
On behalf of our Parish Staff, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a very blessed Easter. Christ has risen! He is truly risen! Once again the Church can cry out in prayer and song, “Alleluia!”
