St. Mary’s in Chardon and St. Patrick in Thompson are delighted to welcome Greg Clack and Kelly McCloskey to their parish staff. Together with Fr. Scott and the parish staff, they will help grow and beautify the parish. Here’s a little more about them:
Hello,
my name is Greg Clack. I am very grateful for the opportunity of being the new Facilities Manager at St. Mary and St. Patrick Parishes.
I have been doing commercial maintenance for the last 22 years, along with managing contractors of various trades.
My wife Cathy and I moved to Leroy Township two years ago from Euclid. We enjoy attending Mass at St. Patrick’s, and are also active members of St Mary’s in Cleveland. Our three children, Alex, Becca, and Beth, all graduated from All Saints School in Wickliffe.
I am looking forward to working with the staff and parishioners of St. Mary’s and St. Patrick’s to help maintain these beautiful churches and school.
Hello St. Mary! I am Kelly McCloskey and I am thrilled to be joining you as your new Director of Communications. First, a bit about myself. Both of my children, Camden & Quinn, attend St. Mary School. Camden will be starting 4th grade and Quinn 2nd grade. We live in Concord Township with our adorable goldendoodle, Dexter. My husband, Chris, is Principal at Julie Billiart School in Lyndhurst. We are a busy, active family!
I’m coming to St. Mary from Divine Word in Kirtland. I have worked there for the past year as the Parish Secretary and before that, I was an educator for eleven years. I believe that my experience of previously working in a parish and a school will allow me to offer a unique perspective to this new position. I graduated from Ohio University in 2006, with a Bachelor's in Communications. I then returned to Notre Dame College to earn my teaching license and finished up my education at Cleveland State University with a Masters in School Counseling.
I am looking forward to working with the staff and parishioners of St. Mary’s and St. Patrick’s to help maintain these beautiful churches and school. I will be beginning my work at St. Mary in the beginning of August. I’m looking forward to meeting the staff of the parish and school, and hopefully, some of the parishioners as well. If you see me around, please do not hesitate to stop me and introduce yourself! It will help me to learn the most that I can about the people who make St. Mary the wonderful place that it is. See you in August!
